Storytelling as a teaching tool is ancient and has been used since ages. Whether it was in the ancient Gurkuls or today’s modern schools, storytelling is the best technique to teach concepts and make learning fun.

In this 2 hour workshop parents will learn how to narrate engaging stories, how to teach with stories, how to cook up stories and how to make reading fun for your child.

Dharithri Krishnamurthy

Dharithri is a professional storyteller and heads the Kathalaya learning centre for Pune. She discovered storytelling while connecting with her daughter Kaavya. She believes any concept can be taught through a story and is passionate about working with children. She believes stories are the best way to connect people. She works with many schools and has conducted numerous storytelling workshops and sessions for children, teachers and professionals.
