Getting Started

You can then choose the plan that is right you and start your membership.

Each book is assigned a certain number of credits, which can be seen clearly listed in the book details on the website. The number of credits assigned to each book can range from 1 to 3, depending on its price, value (e.g. rarity, first edition, and novelty), and other factors. Every plan has a maximum number of credits which cannot be exceeded.

As per your membership plan you receive a certain number of free exchanges per month at your designated address. After that you would be charged INR 100 per exchange.

Yes. You would need to maintain a refundable deposit.The amount will vary from INR 800 to INR1400 depending on the chosen plan. The same will be collected when you enroll.

One time registration fees of INR 300 is applicable the first time a member purchases a plan. Thereafter as long as the membership continues, no registration fees would be charged during the renewals.

If a member decides to discontinue the membership for sometime. Then they can purchase any membership plan again without paying the registration fees as long as they do so within 2 months of the membership ending date.

Getting Books

You can borrow books up to the maximum credit amount allowed under your membership plan. Each book is allocated a specific number of credits, which can be viewed in the book details on the website.

For Example: The Terra plan allows 5 credits at any given time to be borrowed. Books are typically assigned 1, 2 or 3 credits. So depending on which books you borrow, you could issue 2 to 4 books at any given time.

Feel free to read, re read the book as long as you wish for. When you’re done, you can go to your cart schedule the next exchange of books. You can keep the book for as long as you have an active membership plan. If however you choose to end the membership, ensure all books are returned to avoid late charges.

We offer book delivery right to your doorstep. The number of free deliveries is based on your membership plan. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date on your profile page.

Yes. You can come by during our working hours and exchange books.

We take the utmost care to ensure our books are  maintained in good condition. However if you notice any damages on the book when you receive it, please ensure you notify the delivery representative immediately.

Searching for Books

Keep adding any book you may want to read to your wishlist. You will be informed when it becomes available again in the library and will get a chance to issue it. If you have been waiting long for a book and not yet been able to get it, please contact us here so we can see how we can help.

We are constantly expanding our collection of books and would be delighted to receive your recommendations. Click here to give us your book suggestions.

Returning Books

Members can view the books they can currently issued out to them on their bookshelf on the home page or on the Cart page.

From the book shelf any book can be marked for return. This will add books to the cart for return.

Members can add books into their wishlist and click on Issue. This will add books to the cart for issue.

Make sure to check the total number of credits, or you will not be able to proceed further.

Once your books are finalized, choose the “Delivery” option and “proceed to checkout”. Select the delivery slot, review your cart and “Place Order”.

Your books will be delivered in the chosen slot.

Let us know if you have misplaced a book and will not be able to return it. The replacement charges will be deducted from the deposit and the member will be notified of the same.  Refer to our Terms of service for details.

We urge all members to take great care of library books whilst they are in their possession. No rips, tears, or scribbles should be present. Should any damage occur, please notify the delivery representative upon the return of the book. We will do our best to repair the book and make it available for circulation again; however, the damage costs will be deducted from the member’s deposit or charged to their account.
